Cost. £38.00 per class.  Conc. places £28.00 for those on low income

BACK MASSAGE - including shoulders, neck arms & hands - Sat  Sept 25th

This is a relaxing, rewarding way of spending a Saturday morning. Everyone has a great time. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn these simple techniques. Massage and healing are important life skills to have. We each have the natural capacity to learn these age old techniques to heal ourselves and family and friends.
You can come on your own and work with someone in the group or bring a friend and work together. In each class I will give a demonstration and then I will talk everyone through giving and receiving a treatment. I will provide  notes which you can add too.

What to bring

1. A cushion to sit on.
2. 2 large towels and a hand towel.
3. A blanket.
4. A bottle of water to sip through the class.
5. Pens for taking notes. Notes are provided which you can add to.

• Please arrive on time at 9.30am . There will be hot drinks and biscuits available.
• Wear loose comfortable clothes that are easy and comfortable to move in. Trousers are
   easier. You may get warm so layers work best.
• Bear in mind on the head massage class that you will be having your face massaged with oil,
   so don’t wear your best make up! The oil will wash out and baby wipes are available.
• A swimming costume/bikini top is good to wear under clothes for back massage class.
